Journal of anime ramblings, fiction works and reflections
Greetings! Only two more days left to this challenge and I’ll finish it up quickly since the remaining two questions aren’t ones I have to think long and hard about. Actually I don’t even remember what the last two questions are so I’ll take a look later.
As much as I love Pikachu, he isn’t my favorite (
is it a he or she?). I only loved going “Piiiikaaaaachuuuu!” and “Pika pika!” when I was younger. When I was younger… It just hit me in the face again that I’m 19 and my childhood memories of Pokemon came back. I’m almost twenty. The notion of growing up is actually scarier now than when I imagined it as a child and really wanted to grow up. The pity of it all.
Moving on before I depress myself.
Yes, ever since the cute little pink, puffball came to Pokemon I fell in love instantly. Especially when it sang it’s little lullaby, which strangely made me drowsy o_o. Jiggly is just so cute and every episode that had her (is it a he or she though?) in it instantly became my favorites.
I guess the reason why I love Jiggly so much is because of how much it reminds me of Kirby.
Kirby was the best (and still is) my number one favorite character and choice in a game of Smash Bros. Even without the little curl, you have to see the resemblance there. Or maybe it really is just me…
Aren’t they just the cutest? So before I explode from the cute, that it’s for me. If Jiggly Puff were real…I’d keep it in my room, and carry it with me everywhere – without the pokeball, somehow I think it’s uncomfortable for them in there. Like in Aladdin with genie.
Oh! And on another note, thank you for the follows and likes. I really appreciate it, that my blog is entertaining enough (maybe not as much as I’d like it to be) to get you guys to come and visit and like my entries and leave comments. It makes me happy!
And in other news! I finished Baccano! and started Shingeki no Kyojin. Baccano is really a masterpiece. I don’t think I could make a good enough commentary about it because I’d probably confuse myself along the way trying to explain and remember the time periods and what happened during each. It was just amazing! Isaac and Miria are my favorites, without a doubt, they’re so silly and amazing.
Once I got closer to the end it was easier to connect everything together, and make sense of everything. I really loved Vino/Rail Tracer and Jacuzzi – lovely characters. I liked Ladd too but then his little psychotic group kind of threw me off but they were still amazing.
So now that that’s done, I have Soul Eater, Code Geass, Fate Stay Night and some of the new anime series to catch up with. Oh, and Fairy Tail.
Shingeki no Kyojin is ABSOLUTELY amazing! The first episode won me over and was enough to leave me crying like a jackass. It was really emotional and epic; the soundtrack, the pace and its premise. It had me speechless during and after – except for my ridiculous sobbing.
